- VANDALIA HEALTH, INC. PROVIDES STRATEGIC DIRECTION, OVERSIGHT AND COORDINATION OF THE ACTIVITIES OF ITS SUBSIDIARIES - CHARLESTON AREA MEDICAL CENTER, INC. AND AFFILIATES - WHICH TOGETHER COMPRISE VANDALIA HEALTH, AN INTEGRATED HEALTH CARE DELIVERY SYSTEM. ON SEPTEMBER 1, 2022, VANDALIA COMPLETED A CORPORATE REORGANIZATION WHEREBY CAMC AND MON HEALTH SYSTEMS COMBINED TO CREATE A SINGLE HEALTH CARE SYSTEM CALLED VANDALIA HEALTH. THE SYSTEM RECENTLY WELCOMED DAVIS HEALTH TO THE SYSTEM IN 2023. THREE HEALTH SYSTEMS THAT HAVE STRONG WEST VIRGINIA ROOTS.
