THE ASSOCIATION'S GOAL IS TO FURTHER THE GROWTH, EDUCATION AND EXPERTISE OF VIRGINIA'S PLUMBING-HEATING-COOLING INDUSTRY ALONG THE LINES OF TRADE EXTENSIONS AND STANDARDIZATION BY ACTING AS A COLLECTIVE VOICE BEFORE THE STATE'S LEGISLATIVE & REGULATORY PROCESS. IT PROVIDES EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION TO ITS MEMBERS THROUGH AN ANNUAL CONVENTION AND PRODUCT EXPOSITON.
