PROVIDE AN EDUCATIONAL FORUM AND INDUSTRY OVERSIGHT AMONG ISSUERS, LEASING COMPANIES, INVESTMENT BANKING FIRMS, BANKS, AND THIRD-PARTY LEASE BROKERS WHO PARTICIPATE IN THE LEASE-PURCHASE FINANCING OF REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY TO STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENTS.
