ASCENSION IS A FAITH-BASED HEALTHCARE ORGANIZATION THAT DELIVERS PERSONALIZED, COMPASSIONATE CARE TO ALL, ESPECIALLY TO THOSE WHO NEED IT THE MOST. ASCENSION VIA CHRISTI HOSPITAL PITTSBURG, INC. IS A HOSPITAL CAMPUS PROVIDING SERVICES WITHOUT REGARD TO PATIENT RACE, CREED, NATIONAL ORIGIN, ECONOMIC STATUS, OR ABILITY TO PAY. IN SEPTEMBER, 2024, THE HOSPITAL DIVESTED ITS ASSETS THEREBY DISCONTINUING ITS HOSPITAL OPERATIONS. DURING FISCAL YEAR 2025, PRIOR TO DIVESTING ITS ASSETS, ASCENSION VIA CHRISTI HOSPITAL PITTSBURG, INC. TREATED 433 ADULTS AND CHILDREN FOR A TOTAL OF 1,670 PATIENT DAYS OF SERVICE. THE HOSPITAL ALSO PROVIDED SERVICES FOR 19,797 OUTPATIENT VISITS, WHICH INCLUDED 433 OUTPATIENT SURGERIES AND 2,500 EMERGENCY ROOM VISITS.
