Program accomplishments

  • The projects, programs, events and activities the Good Work Institute designs, supports and conducts work with individuals, initiatives, and organizations to foster participation, resilience, and belonging. We convene and facilitate conversations, events, workshops, trainings and cohort programs; provide fiscal sponsorship and advice to aligned initiatives and emerging projects; offer accessible physical space for meetings and events; and illuminate our mission in action through a variety of communications channels. This program is supported by contributions.Continued on Schedule O.The Organization's net income can vary significantly from year to year. This is due to the Organization receiving funds earmarked for fiscally sponsored projects that are recorded as revenue in the fiscal year they are received, and then disbursed as grants to those fiscally sponsored projects as requested, which may be in a subsequent fiscal year. The annual net income can be skewed based on a mismatch in timing of the receipt and disbursement of these funds to fiscally sponsored projects. The Organization makes its audited financial statements available upon request.
    Expenses $2,379,331 · grants $1,759,050 · revenue $63,476
