Mission
To unlock the creative potential of everyone on the planet by stewarding the larger global shift already underway towards a more human-centered, collaborative, and creative culture.
Program accomplishments
- DGlobal offers educational programs to nurture creativity all around the world (in over 30 cities in 15 countries to date). For several years, DGlobal has run nearly 20 education programs annually. These programs have taken a range of forms including: workshop talks, coaching sessions, pop-up learning experiences, design sprints, and out-in-the-world guided learning. The in-person portions of these activities had to be substantially reduced during COVID-19 in 2020 and 2021.Expenses $53,710
- Starting in 2022, we started working with a number of new strategists to evaluate what we learned from our initial activities and to orient to the rapidly evolving global landscape. We advanced our program and services approach in five foundational ways.First, we developed new programs and offerings that can be made available in hybrid ways. They are now accessible remotely and in person.Second, we made our offerings more accessible to a wider group of learners, creatives and leaders. We continue to work with organizations and now also make creative tools and practices available to individuals and groups working outside traditional organizational contexts.Third, we expanded our portolio of work to include new audiences such as educators, investors, artists, philanthropists, community leaders, entrepreneurs, researchers, technologists, government leaders and more.Fourth, we are extending our creative philosophy and practice to weave together three adjacent and critical domains of research and practice as we support a larger creative shift globally. This includes integrating and advancing the fields of consciousness, creativity and resilience.Fifth and finally, we are developing a number of new programs outside of creative practices and tools. These include new ways to support artists of all kinds and to catalyze widening creative awareness among constituents that might not otherwise have access to beauty in formative moments in their lives.Expenses $4,028
