Reconciled World, Inc. (RWI) exists to partner with churches and community-based organizations to promote social justice and economic development through application of doctrine from the Bible. RWI aims to to collaborate with and train other non-governmental organizations in its methodologies, including the importance of nurturing Biblical truth and addressing physical and spiritual needs in an integrated way. RWI creates programs that demonstrate the application of biblical doctrine to make significant impact in a variety of fields, including but not limited to: development of the economic potential of rural areas, vocational training, interventions for persons with disabilities, leadership development, and opposing violence against women.
Program accomplishments
- Equipping Churches (EC)Our largest program, Equipping Churches, includes:-the Truth Centered Transformation (TCT)a discipleship program for churches, which teaches Christians to bring all areas of life into alignment with biblical truth and to serve their communities with loving actions. The goals of the program are to see churches strengthened, communities move out of poverty, and God glorified. In FY 2025, 15 partners, totalling about 10,000 churches, graduated from the TCT program; 25 new partners completed onboarding.-Celebration & Learningthis is our monitoring and evaluation structure to measure progress of churches and communities who are participating in TCT. In FY 2025, we designed two new evaluation tools and trained 21 country-level and regional leaders in how to use them. -IntercessionWe provide training and networking support for people who want to think and pray about poverty and social justice issues in their country. In FY 2025, we did from one to eight trainings (depending on area and language) with more than 60 volunteers in Africa alone and about 20 more in Asia. Congo and Benin groups are now meeting weekly.Expenses $1,374,591 · grants $52,000
- Partnered Programs & Model DevelopmentThrough our Partnered Programs, RWI supports small local organizations and their leaders to grow in their understanding and practice of wholistic discipleship. Our partners want to incorporate RWIs core principles into their work. Beyond that, small organizations often feel isolated; ministry leaders too often face overwhelming needs with very limited resources and little spiritual, emotional, and professional support. We come alongside local leaders to fill that gap. We also assess each partners progress in aligning with RWIs core principles, effectiveness in programming, and readiness to share tools with others. As a result of these evaluations, recommendations are made for strengthening programs and strategies. Our current partnered programs include Ashish, Wholistic Development Centre, and Create Commission.Expenses $85,730 · grants $15,000
- Relief Fund & Deacon FundOn occasion, when crises occur where we work, we respond with tangible assistance. Our Deacon Fund is for smaller-scale emergency needs and the relief fund is for larger-scale events that affect multiple communities (typhoons, earthquakes, etc.) In FY2025, we responded to community needs across Asia and Africa.Expenses $8,159
- FrameworkFramework for Transformation (Framework)a website and set of booklets that explain and illustrate RWIs core principles for other practitioners. In FY2025 we maintained the website frameworkfortransformation.org and continued to make the booklets available as free downloads.Expenses $3,796
