PROMOTE WASTEWATER TREATMENT INDUSTRY IN THE STATE OF MISSOURI.

- THE ASSOCIATION TRACKS AND PARTICIPATES IN WATER-RELATED REGULATORY ACTIVITIES IN MISSOURI AND NATIONALLY. THE ASSOCIATION PARTICIPATES IN ALL STATE RULE-MAKINGS, POLICIES, LITIGATION, AND LEGISLATION AFFECTING PUBLIC WATER AND SEWER UTILITIES. THIS INCLUDES WORKING WITH THE MO DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION ON UTILITY ACCOMMODATION AND REALLOCATION ISSUES.
- THE ASSOCIATION MONITORS, SUPPORTS AND/OR OPPOSES LEGISLATION AFFECTING PUBLIC WATER, SEWER, AND STORMWATER UTILITIES IN MISSOURI.
