- ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT: THE ORGANIZATION SERVES DOWNTOWN DES MOINES (DSM) BY UNDERTAKING LEADERSHIP AND COLLABORATIVE EFFORTS TO LEVERAGE AND ENHANCE THE STRENGTHS OF THE AREA. THE PRIMARY FOCUS OF THE ORGANIZATION INCLUDES SUPPORT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AND EXPANSION OF BUSINESSES, HOUSING, AMENITIES, AND PLACEMAKING EFFORTS THAT ENHANCE DOWNTOWN. IN 2025, THE ORGANIZATION ASSISTED WITH KEY PROJECTS IN BOTH THE HOUSING AND OFFICE SECTORS, VIBRANCY, AND QUALITY OF LIFE THAT ARE EXPECTED TO MAKE SIGNIFICANT IMPACT TO DOWNTOWN AND THE REGION IN THE COMING YEAR(S).Expenses $255,423 · revenue $3,981
- THE DOWNTOWN DSM: FUTURE FORWARD VISION PLAN WAS DEVELOPED THROUGH AN INCLUSIVE PROCESS DESIGNED TO BUILD UPON THE MOMENTUM OF DOWNTOWN DSM AND SET UP DOWNTOWN FOR FUTURE SUCCESS.
