Mission

On Schedule O. Total contributions come from donations from businesses supporting the annual 4H fair and Livestock Market Sale. We receive funds from donors who sponsor trophies and other awards and in turn the 4H Council Livestock pays for those trophies and awards with those funds. Buyers local and businesses pay the Council for each purchase and the Council pays each 4H member who sells a market animal for that purchase less 3.5% commission and variable fees for livestock insurance coverage.
