THE SOLE PURPOSE OF THE MARY WEEMS BARTON/QUINCY PUBLIC LIBRARY FOUNDATION IS TO ENHANCE THE COLLECTIONS AND PROGRAMS OF THE QUINCY PUBLIC LIBRARY BY SUPPLYING FUNDS FOR MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS.
