THE ORGANIZATION'S PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSE IS TO PROMOTE THE COMMON INTERESTS OF MEMBERS OF THE HARDWARE INDUSTRY AND TO FOSTER A GENERAL IMPROVEMENT OF BUSINESS CONDITIONS IN THE HARDWARE INDUSTRY AS A WHOLE.
