THE MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION OF ILLINOIS IS A TRUSTED SOURCE OF PEOPLE MANAGEMENT EXPERTISE WORKING TO IMPROVE THE PERFORMANCE OF THE ORGANIZATIONS WE SERVE; THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES TO ITS MEMBERS TRAINING, EDUCATION, HR SUPPORT AND OTHER RELATED MEMBER SERVICES.

- THE ORGANIZATION MAINTAINS A "HOTLINE" SERVICE TO DISPENSE ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS RELATED TO THE HUMAN RESOURCES AREA. THIS INFORMATION RESOURCE IS PROVIDED FREE TO MEMBERS AS PART OF THEIR ANNUAL DUES PAYMENT.
- THE ORGANIZATION RESEARCHES, ADMINISTERS AND PUBLISHES A NUMBER OF EMPLOYMENT-BASED SURVEYS ANNUALLY, INCLUDING WAGE, SALARY, EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION AND POLICIES AND BENEFITS (BIENNIAL) SURVEYS.
- THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES CONFERENCES, SEMINARS AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES TO MEMBERS AND EMPLOYERS IN ILLINOIS, INCLUDING PROGRAMS ON HUMAN RESOURCE, EMPLOYMENT LAW, AND SUPERVISORY AND LEADERSHIP TOPICS.
