HABITAT FOR HUMANITY OF MEDINA COUNTY, INC. UNITES VOLUNTEERS WITH THOSE IN NEED OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING. HABITAT FOR HUMANITY ALSO OPERATES A RESTORE RETAIL STORE WHICH OFFERS DONATED BUILDING SUPPLIES FOR SALE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC AT DISCOUNTED PRICES.

- HOME CONSTRUCTION PROGRAM - HABITAT FOR HUMANITY MEDINA COUNTY BUYS/BUILDS AND SELLS HOMES TO ELIGIBLE LOW-INCOME FAMILIES. HOME SALES ARE FINANCED WITH NON-INTEREST BEARING LOANS TO FAMILIES WHO SHOW A DESIRE TO BECOME HOMEOWNERS BY COMPLETING HABITATS PARTNERSHIP REQUIREMENTS. DURING OUR FISCAL YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2025 TWO HOMES WERE SOLD TO PARTNER FAMILIES UNDER THIS PROGRAM.Expenses $1,130,898 · revenue $458,568
- DISCOUNTED BUILDING MATERIALS RESALE CENTER RESTORE - THE HABITAT RESTORE IS A RETAIL BUILDING MATERIAL SALES CENTER THAT IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.
