PHYSICIAN HEALTH CARE SERVICE WAS FORMED BY MARIETTA MEMORIAL HOSPITAL TO FURTHER ITS SECTION 501(C)3 CHARITABLE PURPOSES. MHCPI LIKE MMH PARTICIPATES IN MEDICARE AND MEDICAID PROGRAMS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO PATIENTS WITHOUT DISCRIMINATION AS TO ABILITY TO PAY.

- THE CORPORATION WAS FORMED BY MARIETTA MEMORIAL HOSPITAL FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING PHYSICIAN CARE IN THE SERVICE AREA OF THE HOSPITAL SINCE THERE ARE INSUFFICIENT NUMBER OF PHYSICIANS TO MEET THE COMMUNITY'S NEEDS. CHARITY CARE AND COLLECTION POLICIES FOR THE CORPORATION ARE IDENTICAL TO MARIETTA MEMORIAL HOSPITAL. TOTAL CHARITY PROVIDED WAS $4,886,299. THE CORPORATION PROVIDED 41,493 PATIENT VISITS IN 2025.
