On September 25th, we as a nation, state and community recognize the devastating impact of homicide on our families, friends and nation as a whole. The National Day of Remembrance is held each year on September 25th, the anniversary date of Lisa Hullingers death. Lisa was the 19-year-old daughter of Robert and Charlotte Hullinger, POMC founders. House Resolution 223 was introduced in an effort to get POMCs National Day of Remembrance proclaimed by Congress.
