IT INTENDS TO SUPPORT RESEARCH REGARDING THE VALUE OF RESIDENTIAL DRUG AND ALCOHOL PROGRAMS AND MEASURING TREATMENT OUTCOMES INCLUDING RECIDIVISM AND COST SAVINGS.Expenses $56,161
