- PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS WHICH INCLUDE A GRADUATE FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM WITH 12 GRADUATE STUDENTS PARTICIPATING. A FACULTY FELLOWS PROGRAM - GEARED TO NEW FACULTY WHO ARE BEYOND THEIR FIRST YEAR ON THE TENURE-TRACK. THE LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE - DESIGNED FOR GRADUATE STUDENTS, ADMINISTRATORS, FACULTY, AND DECISION-MAKERS CONSIDERING A CAREER ADVANCEMENT IN HIGHER EDUCATION. WEBINARS - MONTHLY ONLINE SEMINARS THAT ENABLE INDIVIDUALS TO STAY UP-TO-DATE ON CURRENT TRENDS AND TOPICS AND ENGAGE IN LIVE LEARNING EXPERIENCES.
