THE JUVENILE JUSTICE INITIATIVE IS A STATEWIDE ADVOCACY COALITION TO TRANSFORM THE JUVENILE JUSTICE SYSTEM, AND ENHANCE FAIRNESS FOR ALL YOUTH.
