AT THE CONFERENCE, THE GEORGE GAMOW AWARD IS PRESENTED TO RECOGNIZE THE OUTSTANDING ACHIEVEMENTS OF THE RUSSIAN- SPEAKING SCIENTIFIC DIASPORA.
