THE ASIAN REAL ESTATE ASSOCIATION OF AMERICA (AREAA) IS A NONPROFIT PROFESSIONAL TRADE ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO PROMOTING SUSTAINABLE HOMEOWNERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES IN ASIAN AMERICAN COMMUNITIES BY CREATING A POWERFUL NATIONAL VOICE FOR HOUSING AND REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONALS THAT SERVE THIS DYNAMIC MARKET.
Program accomplishments
- In 2024, the Asian Real Estate Association of America Greater Los Angeles Chapter (AREAA GLA) hosted over 10 educational and community-focused events serving real estate professionals across the Greater Los Angeles region.These programs included continuing education classes, professional development workshops, housing policy discussions, and networking mixers designed to equip members with industry knowledge, leadership skills, and meaningful professional connections.Through these initiatives, AREAA GLA advanced its mission to empower Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) real estate professionals to grow their businesses, elevate industry standards, and better serve diverse communities by promoting sustainable homeownership, economic opportunity, and fair housing practices.Collectively, these programs strengthened professional competency, encouraged collaboration among industry partners, and reinforced AREAA GLAs role as a trusted resource and advocate within the real estate industry and the communities it serves.
