TO HELP YOUTH DEVELOPMENT EDUCATORS BUILD PROFESSIONAL UNDERSTANDING, INCREASE INTEREST IN THE ASSOCIATION, PROMOTE YOUTH WORK AS A CAREER, EXCHANGE OF IDEAS, METHODSAND TECHNIQUES, TO STRENGTHEN THE COMMUNICATIONS WITH ASSOCIATION ADMINISTRATION AND PROMOTE COOPERATION.

- THE ORGANIZATION HOLDS AN ANNUAL CONFERENCE TO PROMOTE A STAFF DEVELOPMENT SYSTEM THAT REPRESNT PRESENT AND EMERGING NEEDS OF DEVELOPMENTAL PROFESSIONS.
- WORKING WITH ITS MEMBERS TO INTERACT TO EXCHNAGE IDEAS, METHODS, AND TECHNIQUES THAT CAN BE USED TO IMPROVE THE 4-H ORGANIZATION WITH THE USE OF MEETINGS, WORKSHOPS, SEMINARS, AND OTHER MEDIA SOURCES.
