THE CONFERENCE SERVES AS THE ORGANIZATION'S HIGHEST GOVERNING BODY AND INCLUDES PLENARY SESSIONS, ORGANIZATIONAL BUSINESS MEETINGS, WORKSHOPS, SPECIAL CONSTITUENCY CAUCUSES, AND DISTRICT CAUCUSES. DURING THE CONFERENCE, MEMBERS REVIEW AND VOTE ON RESOLUTIONS AND PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE BYLAWS. EVERY FOUR YEARS, DELEGATES ELECT THE ORGANIZATION'S NATIONAL OFFICERS-THE PRESIDENT AND VICE PRESIDENT. IN 2025, DELEGATES ELECTED NEW INDIVIDUALS TO SERVE IN THESE LEADERSHIP ROLES. ADDITIONALLY, EVERY TWO YEARS, DISTRICT REPRESENTATIVES ELECT MEMBERS OF THE NATIONAL BOARD. THIS GOVERNANCE STRUCTURE ENSURES THAT MEMBERS PLAY A DIRECT ROLE IN SHAPING THE ORGANIZATION'S POLICIES, LEADERSHIP, AND STRATEGIC DIRECTION.
