THE HARFORD COUNTY PUBLIC LIBRARY FOUNDATION SERVES TO AUGMENT THE FINANCIAL RESOURCES OF THE LIBRARY, PROMOTE AWARENESS OF ITS SERVICES, AND FACILITATE ITS DEVELOPMENT AS A CREATIVE ENVIRONMENT WITHIN THE COUNTY THAT ENCOURAGES THE ACQUISITION OF KNOWLEDGE AND THE LOVE OF READING.
