FRIENDS OF THE COLUMBIA COUNTY TRAVELING LIBRARY IS ORGANIZED TO PROMOTE EDUCATION AND LITERACY THROUGHOUT COLUMBIA COUNTY, PA BY SUPPORTING THE COLUMBIA COUNTY TRAVELING LIBRARY AUTHORITY THROUGH FUNDRAISING, VOLUNTEERING, AND COMMUNITY OUTREACH.
