Mission
Plan and implement the annual Autumn Immunology Conference, a major scientific meeting, and transaction of all lawful activities permitted to a corporation formed pursuant to IRS Chapter 273
Program accomplishments
- In 2025, the in person conference was held in Chicago, IL. Many high-quality abstracts were submitted, and after scientific review, several awards were given to the top rated trainees. The AAI Undergraduate award was given to the five best undergraduate abstracts (certificate and $150), the AAI Young Investigator award was given to the top abstract in the 20 workshop categories (certificate and $225 each), and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society (NMSS) travel award was given to the top four abstracts focused on neuroscience and autoimmunity ($1000 minus the cost of the hotel stay for the conference).
