Lawyers' Collaborative for Diversity's charitable purpose is to increase the number of women and minority lawyers successfully practicing law within Connnecticut's law firms, corporations, public agencies and non-profit organizations by improving and highlighting Connecticut's appeal as a state in which women and minority attorneys want to practice..
