TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE IN THE GREATER FINGER LAKES REGION OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK BY PROMOTING, ENCOURAGING AND FOSTERING THE PUBLIC'S KNOWLEDGE OF AND INTEREST IN SAID REGION.
