A new Treasurer was elected but unable to discharge duties, and another wasn't elected until 2026. In the interim, the Managing Director took over bookkeeping and had difficulty reconciling with previous bookkeeping methods, and was also unable to access investment accounts for several months until Board approval and the investment company granted access; at that time, it was discovered that unrealized gains needed to be calculated manually, which required researching, hiring, and working with an independent financial expert to determine final correct numbers.
