A copy of Form 990-PF has not yet been furnished to the State Attorney General and will be provided as required. The Makk Foundation was established in October 2023 and had little to no financial activity during its initial period. The organization relied on an outside accountant to prepare and file its required returns; however the filings were not completed. New leadership has since identified this issue and is taking immediate corrective action to bring the organization into full compliance by filing all delinquent returns. The failure to file was not due to willful neglect but rather due to reliance on a tax professional and the organizations inactive early stage.
