During the subsequent period responsibility for the Foundation transitioned among members of the Board and the annual Form 990-PF filing requirement for the Foundations initial inactive tax year was inadvertently overlooked. Upon identifying the missed filing requirement the Foundation promptly began preparing the delinquent return and reviewing its filing obligations to bring all required filings current. The Foundation has also established responsibility for future annual filings and procedures to monitor applicable filing deadlines to prevent recurrence.
