Governing documents etc available to public Part VI line 19 The governing documents, including Bylaws, mission statement, and ethics, are posted on the website and available to the public. The organization does not have a conflict of interest policy. The financial statements are made available to the Finance Committee and Board of Directors. We are required by our Bylaws to hold a Business Meeting every year at our Annual Meeting, where the finances of the organization are presented to those in attendance. All documents are accessible upon request.
