We have 60 members attending & 20 sponsoring vendor attendees. We do recruiting at an off-site social event before conf. start. As part of that, I turned in paper copies of all our years of returns printed and signed. I recently got 3 letters for tax year 2023, 24 and 25 that they needed to be submitted electronically. I finally figured out how to do that with efile.form990.org. we did not realize what was required - but know what to do going forward to ensure compliance.
