This process ensured transparency and allowed for necessary corrrections or clarifications. Upon board approval, the return was filed electronically. The organization retains a copy of the filed return and all supporting documentation for audit purposes and future reference. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c Article 7 Sec 3 of the Bylaws state that no member shall promote a business or themselves personally. The governing body also has a prohbition against compansating members for services performed. All members are known to each other and would adise a member if not complying.
