Each of the 20 members of the governing body were elected by the membership in July 2025 for a 4 year term. Part VI, Line 6 The association is comprised of approximately 1,562 voting members. These members vote on officer and executive board elections every 4 years. The executive board and officers are the governing body so there is no delegation. Part VI, Line 7a The association has over 1,500 members that have the power to elect one or more members of the governing body every 4 years per the constitution and by-laws of the association. Part VI, Line 11a The form 990 and all corresponding schedules and documents are reviewed by the Executive Board at a scheduled board meeting prior to filing each year. Part VI, Line 15 The President of the association is compensated by an honorarium that is paid quarterly and was previously documented in the organizations by-laws on the set amount and frequency of which it will be paid prior to the current executive board and officers being elected. It is voted on by the executive board and documented in the organization by-laws meeting minutes of the amount of the honorarium that the Treasurer will receive annually and that it will be paid out on a monthly basis. This was determined prior to the current executive board in 2024 and after the current group of officers was elected by the membership in 2025.
