Scholarships for Graduating High School Seniors - $10,400 * Objective: the objective of the annual Thanksgiving Turkey Drive is to support members of the community who suffer from food insecurity during the Thanksgiving Holiday Season. * Clients served: The Kappa Detroit Foundation Partnered with Detroit Donates to provide more than $11,600 in free meals to the community. Annual Turkey Drive - $5,934 * Objective: the objective of the annual Thanksgiving Turkey Drive is to support members of the community who suffer from food insecurity during the Thanksgiving Holiday Season. * Clients served: The Kappa Detroit Foundation Partnered with Detroit Donates to provide more than $11,600 in free meals to the community. Community Health Fair - $1,959 * Objective: the objective of the Community Health Fair is to 1) provide health screenings such as blood blood pressure checks as well as strengthen the awareness of healthy living factors.
