Last year, our trained mentors engaged 373 individuals in focused conversations designed to foster growth in six key areas: spiritual, emotional, mental, physical, relational, and professional/educational. Mentoring sessions took place in private homes, public spaces, over Zoom, or during workplace lunches. Each participant received 1-3 hours per session of intentional, caring and purpose-driven guidance. In total, our mentors conducted 495 sessions, providing dedicated, personalized supported rooted in compassion and a commitment to each persons value and potential. 7000 3 Mentoring partnerships are a key program service at Fahrenheit. Our partners include businesses, churches, and financial supporters who share our commitment to biblical mentoring principles. Business and church partners engage in ongoing professional relataionships with Fahrenheit, receiving regular mentor training and collaborating to provide high-quality mentoring experiences. Financial partners - comprising over 90 individuals, churches, businesses, trusts, and other giving entities - support our work through contributions and active participation in mentoring initiatives.
