Coaching Zoom Calls We gathered our church planters on a monthly coaching call. These calls were focused on helping the pastors to build systems into their churches that would help them to grow their ministries. Planters were taught how to build a board of directors, financial accounting systems, guest retention strategies, and many other topics that aided in the development of their ministries. Character Development Mentoring Gary Kendall produced monthly videos that were sent out to our church planters. These videos focused on the offstage part of the pastors lives. Gary followed the videos up with regular zoom calls and phone calls to pour into our pastors marriages, family life, and character.
