Our goals are to come along side and assist newly released ex-offenders to provide meals, clothing and care to the poor and homeless of Camden and to assist women who find themselves in bondage to drugs and eventual prostitution. Most importantly, in every case, the over-arching goal is to demonstrate the love of Christ to each person served by the ministry of Seeds Of Hope and then to help them obtain by grace, reconciliation and growth in Jesus Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15a The full Board of Trustees shall annually evaluate the Executive Director on performance and inquire his/her input on matters of performance and compensation. The full Board of Trustees will obtain research and information to determine reasonable compensation of the Executive Director and other highly compensated employees or consultants based on a review of comparability data. Board will secure data that documents compensation levels and benefits for similarly qualified individuals in comparable positions at similar organizations. Data may include salary and benefit compensation studies by independent sources, written job offers for positions at similar organizations, documented telephone calls about similar positions at both nonprofit and for-profit organizations, and information obtained from the IRS form 990 filings of similar organizations.
