Accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America require management to evalaute tax positions taken by the Federation and recognize a tax liability (or asset) if it has taken an uncertain position that more likely than not would be sustained upon examination by the Internal Revenue Service. Based on this review, no reserves for uncertain tax positions were required to be recorded or disclosed for the years ended June 30, 2024 and 2023. The Federation is subject to routine audits by taxing jurisdictions; however, there are currently no audits for any tax periods in progress. With few exceptions, the Federation is no longer subject to income tax examinations for years preceding June 30, 2020. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 6 The Federation has members.
