The organization follows its conflict of interest policies and procedures to ensure appropriate oversight and management of any potential conflicts. The family relationship has been disclosed to and approved by the Board of Directors. Part VI, Line 8 The organizations governing body Board of Directors maintains written minutes for all board meetings. These minutes document the date time attendees and all actions taken by the board. When action is required between regularly scheduled board meetings the Board may take action by unanimous written consent. All such written consents are maintained in the organizations records along with the board minutes. The organization does not currently have any standing committees with authority to act on behalf of the governing body.
