The key revisions to the original bylaws include the following. Clarification of the EDTF US Board membership to be an independent decision-making body as required by the US law Requirement for each EDTF Board Member to be accountable on an individual basis as required by US law Setting a term limit for the board members and putting in place a process to allow new Board members to join Form 990, Part VI, Line 11b - Form 990 Review Process F-990 prepared in draft form and shared with the Treasurer for review and any correction. Form 990, Part VI, Line 12c - Explanation of Monitoring and Enforcement of Conflicts Any potential conflict of interest is discussed and monitored. However, since no officer or trustee is compensated nor any contracts entered into are verified for conflicts of interest there no risks of conflicts of interest in this reporting period nor in prior reporting periods.
