Kasey Allan Cromer Summary of Kaseys First Year of Service - During the first year of Spirit Underground Liberation Project Kasey was brought on in the role of Project Manager to help establish and operationalize the organization during its foundational phase. In this capacity Kaseys responsibilities included: Supporting the initial design and structural development of the organization Assisting with organizational launch strategy Filing and coordinating foundational legal and administrative paperwork Managing and organizing email communications Assisting with the development and oversight of the organizations website Supporting operational setup and early-stage administrative systems. Kaseys role during this first year was focused on helping the organization move from concept to functional structure. The emphasis was on infrastructure logistics and establishing basic operational capacity. The foundation is newly formed and is in the process of determining its state charitable registration and reporting requirements. A copy of Form 990-PF will be furnished to the appropriate state authority if required. Upon becoming aware of the filing requirement the organization took immediate steps to prepare and file the return. The foundation is implementing procedures to ensure timely filing compliance going forward.
