The Board holds their position for one year terms. We are governed by By-Laws set up by Moose International and adhere to them for daily operations. The Fraternity donates to local state national organizations to help our communities across the globe. Part VI, Line 7a As stated previously once a year in April the Lodge holds an election for those that want to run for President Vice-President Treasurer Chaplain One Two and Three Year Trustee. Part VI, Line 11a It is available for review Part VI, Line 15 Since we are a non-profit organization compensation is limited to budgeted monies that are approved. Part VI, Line 19 The documents are available upon the request Part X General | Explanation:| The 990 amended forms were put together with the information available at the time that this was first written and submitted March 14 2024. At the time I was new to the position of Administrator and the financial record keeping was a total mess. There was no way to figure out how to use the Profit and Loss document and the Balance sheet to submit this correctly. I did the best that I could with what was available. I have asked for financial assistance to help with the years forward because we are still struggling with what was left. The information submitted is as correct to the best of my abilities. When I first submitted it I put it on the wrong years forms and this is why there is an amended form. There were also problems in your system that had to be addressed so this would be able to be submitted. I hope that this will suffice as submitted
