<ExplanationTxt>Project R3Con is a public charity organized to support Special Operations Forces (SOF) service members and veterans affected by traumatic brain injury (TBI) and related neurological injuries. The organization's mission is to expand access to innovative treatment opportunities, including regenerative medicine therapies, while supporting recovery, resilience, quality of life, and long-term wellness for members of the SOF community. Project R3con's leadership include veterans, military family members, and professionals with experience in behavioral health, traumatic brain injury assessment, Special Operations Forces support programs, and veteran advocacy. During it's first seven months of operation, Project R3con provided financial support for regenerative medicine treatment for three Special Operations Forces personnel affected by traumatic brain injury and neurological symptoms, including two veterans and one active-duty operator. The organization collaborated with veteran-serving nonprofits, medical providers, and philanthropic partners to expand access to treatment and support recovery opportunities for eligible participants. 2025 was a partial year. Project R3con received recognition as a tax-exempt organization under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3) effective May 31, 2025. During it's initial year of operation, the organization focused on establishing governance, financial controls, fundraising infrastructure, strategic partnerships, and program delivery capabilities. During the year, Project R3con implemented financial management systems and donor processing platforms, launched public awareness and educational initiatives, and developed relationships with nonprofit, healthcare, veteran, and military-affiliated organizations aligned with its charitable mission. The organization also participated in national veteran and military health initiatives and continued to build partnerships intended to expand the program's future reach and impact. Governance and strategic oversight were provided by a volunteer Board of Directors that include retired Special Operations Forces leaders, decorated military veterans, and financial professionals with extensive experience supporting military and veteran communities. During it's first year of operation, the organization established relationships with nationally recognized veteran-serving organizations and participated in collaborative initiatives focused on veteran health, suicide prevention, and long-term recovery. For the tax year ending December 31, 2025, Project R3con reported total revenue of $161,289 and total expenses of $120,862. Of total expenses, $77,689, representing approximately 64% of total expenditures, was devoted to program service activities, including direct support for treatment access and mission-related services. The remaining expenses supported organizational management, compliance, fundraising, donor development, and infrastructure necessary to responsibly administer and expand charitable programs serving Special Operations Forces personnel and veterans.</ExplanationTxt>
