Comparable salary surveys are conducted, and cost of living charts reviewed each year for compensation of paid staff. The adhoc committee conducts interview/evaluation meeting with the staff member. The adhoc committee reports action items back to the full board of directors for review, discussion, and ratification by vote. All actions are agendized.
