All such reports were received by the governing body (officers and directors) in a timely manner, and are used in the preparation and completion of Form 990. Form 990 is then transmitted to the directors and officers by the financial manager before filing. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c Enforcement of the conflicts policy is done as needed. There has been no change in officers and directors since inception (with the exception of the death of Director Marc Clauson in 2025). So the directors and officers who developed the policy continue to be aware of it and work within its constraints. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15 Compensation of employees, the headmaster and financial manager is subject to the approval of the Board of Directors. The directors receive no compensation. Compensation is modest compared to similar nonprofit schools, and volunteers play a significant role in operations, as tuition is much lower than other private schools in the Dayton area.
