The organization built and took possession of this building in 2021. We hold Christmas Eve, Christmas Mass, Easter Mass and use of the building for meetings of the Annapolis Council #1384 of the Knights of Columbus and the Annapolis Council #1384 Charities (501-C3). The Council's Charity Bingo continues to expand in the new Hall. The hall was host to the St. Mary's Middleschool Graduation Dance, back to school night, and expanded advertising the hall for rent for weddings and other functions. The facility was host to many non-profit fundraisers and community events The new Hall became the home of the Annapolis Council 1384 Charities a 501C-3. Providing storage for our charitable activities such as Coats for Kids, where coats were dropped off, sorted and prepared for various organizations. Some distribution was conducted from the new building with the majority being distributed in the community. The venue hosts our signature fundraising bingo with all proceeds to benefit International Fibrodysplasia Ossificans Progressiva Association https://www.ifopa.org. The hall became the meeting place for the Council and parish activities, including new member ceremonies, priest going away and parish pancake breakfast, Christmas and Easter Masses. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a The Columbus Club members who elect both the officers and board of directors are all the members of the Annapolis Council #1384 of the Knights of Columbus. Officers are elected annually and Directors are voted for 2 year terms. Also any purchases of realestate or loans must be approved by the larger membership. Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19 All available governing documents are available to the members and directors. We were granted an extension therefore the return should not be considered late. It has taken a lot of effort to track finances in a 100% volunteer organization.
