This is accomplished through the activities detailed in the program service accomplishments. Frosty & Winterfest is a program that provides low cost breakfast and family friendly games along with entertainment. Hosting dozens of families made up of the young and young at heart. 0 780 The Somersworth Children's Festival (day time event) attracts hundreds to a street fair featuring musical programs, child oriented entertainment, food and craft vendors along with international/ethnic presentations. This is a free event. 0 16206 Celebration Night is an evening for families to enjoy vendors of all kinds, live entertainment, and a fireworks display that is sure to amaze and is free to attend. 0 7997 Somersworth Pumpkin Festival is a day of fall family fun in the middle of downtown! Activities at a low cost include: scarecrow construction, launching pumpkins from a trebuchet, hay rides, pumpkin painting, pumpkin carving and more. Live music, magic shows and other entertainment were provided and food was available from vendors. A number of local organizations including Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts and Somersworth High School clubs participated in the event. 0 14500 For family fun, come to the annual Kids' Koncert series each Wednesday. For five weeks in the summer, you can view family-friendly entertainment and picnic on the lawn. Bring a meal or purchase a 'meal deal' from our take out area. Hot dogs, chips, soda, ice cream, popcorn and water are provided a reasonable price.
