The Organization was charged and paid rent of $5,463 in total for the event dates. Parent Information Center was not directly involved in administrating any of the games of chance. While gaming activties are the primary commercial business activity for The Brook, PIC's involvement was entirely passive and only for a short period of time, and thus is not considered to be an activity regularly carried on by the Organization. The gaming is run by an outside charitable gaming organization. The Brook oversees all of the activities of the actual gaming.
